Castleman病是一种少见的慢性淋巴组织增生性疾病，病因不明。临床将其分为单中心型、多中心型，病理学分为透明血管性、浆细胞性及混合型。发生于腹膜后的Castleman病罕见，现对腹膜后Castleman病临床、病理、CT表现进行综述，主要是对其CT表现进行综述，以提高对该病的认识。
